Pergola on the Piste – The Best Après Party This Side of the Alps

Pergola on the Piste will open on Friday January 10th bringing the mountain party spirit direct to SW9. Be you Eddie the Eagle or more comfortable with Snow Plough, Pergola on the Piste has something for everyone – complete with DJ’s, live entertainment, shot-skis and Aperol galore, it guarantees more fun than you can shake your poles at.

With this signature Pergola transformation instantly transporting you to an Alpine party like no other, plenty of mountain silliness awaits at Pergola on the Piste. Start with a shot-ski and traverse into a Margarita with signature offerings including ‘Aperol Margarita’ and ‘Mulled Margarita’, priced at £5 each, you’ll be ditching parallel for freestyle. For those needing to defrost then the Maple Hard Cider  (Fireball Cinnamon, Absolut Vanilla, Apple & Honey, with a Cinnamon Rim) offers an immediate mountain glow.

Come for bottomless brunch on a Saturday complete with Nachos & Tacos from Jalisco in Brixton Market and celebrate the end the week early with £5 après Margaritas every Thursday. And why not rip up Friday with £5 Aperol spritzes between 4pm and 8pm – no ski pass needed.

For those wanting the party without the hangover then the low and no drinks menu is the perfect option. Ditch the Aperol Spritz for a Crodino Spritz, pimp your Lucky Saint with Everleaf Marine, Agave and Lemon and have yourself a Lucky Saint Radler, or swap you Negroni for a Nogroni courtesy of Lyre’s London Dry – there are Mocktails aplenty. Spoiled for choice? Then enjoy them all during Mocktail Week when there will be 2 4 1 mocktail specials all week between 12th and 19th January – well worth jumping through moguls for.

With mocktail week out of the way, Pergola on the Piste’s official launch party will happen on January 31st – an ideal way to schuss straight back into the cocktails courtesy of a free bar between 5pm and 7pm, it could get gnarly.

Open from 4pm, perhaps the best bit is that no skiing is required to reach Pergola on the Piste. A modest ascent of twelve steps from Brixton Market means you can slide into their Alpine haven from anytime until closing, with no danger of either a white, or wipe out on the way home.

Dressing to match the Alpine decor is always encouraged; you and your salopettes, ski hats, goggles and even skis are most welcome, but not a must. Hitting the slopes until early April, Pergola on the Piste is the only place to be this season – consider yourself invited.
