Dont Miss: Barry’s x Sky Garden For a HIIT Class in the Clouds

London’s highest green oasis, Sky Garden, is upping the tempo this autumn, joining forces with Barry’s, the original high-intensity interval workout studio, for a fast-paced, adrenaline-pumping workout 36 stories above the capital.

Barrys x SKy Garden London Hiit class

When is Barrys x Sky Garden taking place?

Taking place on Saturday, 7th November, the skyline session will bring the energy of Barry’s signature Red Room to new heights, with an invigorating workout set against impressive 360-degree views across London.

How Much and What Does it Involve?

For £30, guests will be guided by an expert Barry’s instructor through a 50-minute band and mat-workout, using specialist equipment, alongside an exhilarating soundtrack. Designed to leave guests feeling challenged, energised and ready to take on the day, the session offers a unique opportunity to experience Barry’s in an iconic setting.

Is there Breakfast?

After the workout, guests can stay at the Sky Garden little longer to socialise and refuel with breakfast pastries and refreshments including a mango or raspberry smoothie. For those looking for something more substantial, class attendees can also enjoy brunch downstairs at Larch, with 10% off the bill.

What are the Times of Barry’s x Sky Garden Class?

The session will take place from 9.00am to 10.00am, with 70 spaces available. Tickets go on sale on 15 October, with further dates due to be announced shortly. The first event in September sold out in record time, so our advice is to move quickly once tickets are available!
