A short walk from Kings Cross St Pancreas, Plum + Spilt Milk is an elegant restaurant nestled in the Great Northern Hotel. They are reopening their doors today (9th September 2020) with a series of brand new season menus celebrating the very finest in British ingredients.
Dig into their new menu of two or three courses or head with your bubble to indulge in their extensive brunch menu. The food will imbue the best Autumnal flavours such as broad bean hummus, pan-fried potato gnocchi with courgette and basil puree, Chermoula baked aubergine with quinoa, pickled butternut squash, roasted red peppers and a tahini dressing. You will be able to choose from a 2-course menu at £25 and a 3-course menu at £30 available between 17:30 – 21:00 on Wednesday – Saturday and 12:00 – 15:00 on Thursday & Friday. The Plum + Spilt Milk seasonal set menu will offer a selection of first, main and side courses, not forgetting the tasty handmade deserts.
The GNH Brunch, which will be available from 11:00 to 15:00 every Saturday and Sunday, featuring a mix of healthy and hearty dishes such as Brioche Eggy Bread (£10) to Mac and Cheese (£12), accompanied by brunch friendly cocktails or a champagne brunch for two at £75 per couple (including one brunch dish per person, a bottle of Billecart-Salmon Champagne, tea or coffee).
Overlooking King’s Cross Square, metres from St Pancras International and located inside the Great Northern Hotel, Plum + Spilt Milk takes its name from the distinctive livery worn by the dining cars the Flying Scotsman first pulled out of King’s Cross. With a primary spot, you can explore the neighbouring Coal Drop Yard area easily from the restaurant and also commute to all areas of the city.
