GREY GOOSE LADY IN BLACK

Ingredients: ​

35ml Grey goose Original​

35ml Fresh pomegranate juice​

10ml XO Cognac​

10ml Crème de cassis​

10ml clove -water​

(1 clove infused for 8 hours)​

Method: 

Pre-mixed and chilled – served in a black bottle.​

Garnish: Blackberry on pick

GREY GOOSE LA POIRE GINGERBREAD MARTINI

Ingredients

35ml Grey Goose La Poire

10ml Disaronno Original Liqueur

35ml Sparkling Apple Cide

+ Pinch of Pumpkin Pie spice

Method

  1. Put all ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
  2. Shake vigorously and strain into a martini cocktail glass

DR. JEKYLL 

25ml BACARDÍ Carta Blanca
15ml Midori
15ml Pear Liqueur
25ml Apple juice
15ml Lime juice

Build in vessel and garnish with blackberries

BACARDÍ BAT BLOOD MOJITO

40ml BACARDÍ Carta Blanca Rum
20ml Blood orange Juice
20ml Lime Juice
2 tea spoons of caster sugar
6-10 mint leaves
2 dashes of Aromatic bitters
10ml Grenadine

Method:

  1. Dissolve the caster sugar with the BACARDÍ Carta Blanca rum, blood orange juice and lime juice
  2. Add in the mint leaves, dashes of aromatic bitters and crushed ice

Float with 10ml grenadine and garnish with a mint sprig
