Vegas is a fantastic place to visit with so many amazing things to do. While it is known for its casinos and nightlife there is also so much more to it if you only care to look. There are many phenomenal restaurants to eat at, hotels to stay in and things to visit. This desert location has great warm weather and is filled with glitz and glamour wherever you look. It’s somewhere you could head for a romantic break with your other half (you could even try a Vegas wedding!) a fun weekend with friends, or somewhere with family. There are so many places to stay
Las Vegas has a whole host of brilliant places to stay and some of their hotels are the most iconic in the world. You have the classic hotels such as Caesars Palace which is a must for anyone who loves old school Vegas, as well as newer ones such as the Cosmopolitan, the Vdara (where a robot delivers room service) and many more. There are also a host of airbnb’s, so think about what you want from your accommodation before selecting the best one for you.
There are endless things to do
Vegas is packed with so much to do. Take some time to play the famous slots (if you’ve never done so before, you could practice online using sites such as PartyCasino so you understand the rules). You could try the famous zip wire, or perhaps you could go to one of the many pool parties that happen all around. You could go downtown where you can learn more about the gangsters in the early 1900’s or you could relax with a cocktail in one of their many different bars. There are also many Las Vegas afternoon shows to enjoy. The choice is yours!
The food scene
As well as having loads of hotels and places to stay, the food scene in Vegas is also one to be admired. There are restaurants that are open 24/7, there are diners, fast food places, cute bakeries and award-winning gastronomic experiences. There are many steak houses which are a very popular option in Vegas, as well as Gordon Ramsey’s restaurant which is super popular. Other places include Chica in the Venetian which is a beautiful spot for breakfast, while Primrose at Park MGM is the ideal lunch place. We also recommend Buchon at the Venetian where after 3pm you can indulge in oysters and bellinis.
