What to do within a 15-minute walk
Buckingham Palace and the parks
From Victoria’s main exit, head up Buckingham Palace Road and you’ll reach the Palace forecourt in about 10 to 12 minutes. The Changing of the Guard draws crowds, so arrive early if that’s your plan. Right beside it, St James’s Park and Green Park give you lawns, a lake and pelicans, all free to walk through.
